AudioCodes to Host Second Annual Channel Partner Meeting

AudioCodes� Global Channel and Solution Partners to Showcase the Strength of Best-of-Breed VoIP Networks

Lod, Israel, October 24, 2007 - AudioCodes (NASDAQ:AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over Packet
(VoP) technologies, today announced that it will be hosting its second Annual Channel Partner meeting in
Jerusalem, Israel on January 8th - 10th, 2008.

Following the success of the January 2007 meeting, AudioCodes expects the number of attendees to double, resulting in over two hundred guests from AudioCodes' distributors, system integrators, and solution partners based in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States. AudioCodes' expanding network of channel partners is a key enabler for AudioCodes' best-of-breed VoIP solution strategy, providing service providers, enterprises and developers standards-based, interoperable solutions.

AudioCodes will present channel partners with its latest VoIP products and solutions, offering cutting-edge
Media Gateway, Media Server, Session Border Controller and Value Added Applications in different form
factors and densities to service providers and enterprises. In addition, the meeting will showcase a number of AudioCodes' solution partners who have adopted AudioCodes technology in conjunction with their software and hardware, providing integrated solutions for their customers. These solutions address features such as IPPBX, Softswitches, Unified Messaging, Fixed-Mobile-Convergence, networked fax, billing, contact centers and others. Keynote addresses will be given by AudioCodes' executives, along with case studies presented by guests from large service providers, keynotes from the event's Gold sponsors, and a VoIP expert's panel that will discuss developments in today's VoIP technology.
